Sernta Elevator provides the complete after-sales service in satisfying the various demand of the market and customers and complying with the laws and governmental regulations.

◆Regular Maintenance:
In accordance with the stipulated regulations, it is required not only to proceed the maintenance for all the elevator equipment at least once per month but also to provide 24-hour emergency repair service.

◆Scope of Maintenance:
The maintenance would be performed by the licensed professional technicians within the obligation of the laws and regulations.

◆Maintenance Contract:
It provides the elevator detailed maintenance service. Before the customer service team starts to proceed the maintenance, the elevator functions and safety system are needed to be completely tested by the service technician. But those elevators, once completely installed and qualified by the Sernta Elevator, should be immediately scheduled in the warranty maintenance list. If the renovation required, the service would be provided by the customer service team.

◆Sernta Elevator is responsible for the certificate acquirement for the annual safety inspection.

◆Sernta Elevator is accountable for the casualty insurance for 20 million NT dollars, maximum 60 million.

            


1.Sernta has the standard maintenance operation procedure for the regular elevator maintenance. Sernta technicians would go to the buildings for maintenance work. After the work completed, the technicians would present two copies of maintenance plan forms for the sign-up check by the community management or administrator, one for the community keeping and one as the record of the company for quality tracking and annual safety license applying in the next year.

2.According to the building reporting, the technicians would proceed the on-site repair and improvement.

3.Sernta provides 24-hour emergency on call service for unexpected elevator failure. The toll free number is 0800-222-755 and there is 24-hour standby specialist for immediate service. The customers, contracted with Sernta, could always get the premium for any component.

4.Once the same failure happening twice for one elevator, the supervisor of the customer service department and the quality engineer would start to track this issue, investigate the root cause and solution in a short time, put into the record for long-term observation.

5.In accordance with the laws and regulations, the elevator system should be done the maintenance at least once per month and provided 24-hour maintenance service.

6.The maintenance work: the operation procedure, specified by the national regulations, would be proceeded by the licensed professional technician. There are many detailed maintenance work and different items for each month, including the repair items, electrical and mechanical adjustment, and damaged component acquirement and replacement.
