In order to satisfy the market and the customer different demand, and conforms to the government laws and regulations, we have provided integrity after-sale service.
Periodic Maintenance:

According to the national laws and regulations stipulated elevator has to be maintained at least once per month, besides complete the stipulated maintenance item, we provide all-weather 24 hours repair service.

Maintenance Scope:

Carry out the job procedure and items according to the laws and regulations requirement by the licensed professional technician.

Maintenance Contract:

Provide the elevator maintenance service, before the Customer Service department implements the maintenance, must do the elevator performance and safety system function test by the Customer Service personnel (except those installed by Sernta and arranged into warranty service maintenance immediately after completion inspection qualified); renovation expense to be responsible by the customer.

We are responsible to provide the annual safety inspection and obtain the certificate.

We are responsible to take out an accidental calamity insurance policy for 2 millions, and maximum 6 millions.
